Wipro environment is very good for working but the issue is with the salary.. i have been working for 3 long years in wipro but then also my salary is low... Rather than that I will give 5 on 5..

They are providing systems at home so that we can do Work from home.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure Is very high. Salary is also less. So I would like to request management to increase the salary as per the work pressure .

The kind of working environment and the freedom you get is unparallel to any corporate office. The food and services are exotic.

I have issues with the salary and growth opportunities. They are not very likely for people who have bigger ambitions

1) Appraisal system- as it's only Quality and production is main, there is no value of discipline and competencies. As consecutive 2 quarter low performance would lead you job less. It's not possible for employees to give good performance for all the time by keeping this fear. Manta support is very important. And if it is good appraisal end of the year very less hike. Employees engagement programmes is zero. 2) According to skills company should have groom their employees and push them to different departments.
