1. Salary: Package & Actual salary there is much more difference. 2. Benefits: Not as like IT org. Even for your own insurance you have to pay from your salary. 3. Working Culture: Worst class, no management control over the integrated team. Honest people used to their job & leased skill people throw's work in your bucket. 4. Learning: Not as such, you will get email & invitation from L&D, but actual it will connect. 5. Promotion & Increment: Forget about it. From last one n Half year not received.

They are providing work from home facility also consider our location preference

Lockdown has been started from March 21 and financial year starts from April. cutting off variable pay and annual hike was not at all necessary. it feels like our effort from april,2019 went in vein.

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.
