Wipro is a disaster as a company. So all n all I don't like anything at Wipro.

Dislikes

Wipro left everything that a company should do, their only focus on cost cutting even if their employees are suffering because of that but they don't care at all.

Likes

Working 12 hrs a day without any appraisal, bonus and any other benefit. Management force you to work 12-14 hours a day. Give u 2-3 people work to one person and said dont have budget to hire new employee. Dont give leaves.

Job is almost secure if working with Wipro. Supportive management.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Low pay. Super slow promotion. Annual appraisal is less than inflation, which means in reality the salary has decreased even it is looking an addition in figures. No clear designation promotion system is there.
