Dislikes

No diwali gifts, no parties, no increment and a lot of politics in some project. TL and business analyst are taking free salary in some projects. Diverting all their works on other team members and missing requirement in business analysis.

Everything from salary compensation to employees mental satisfaction, job satisfaction, apprisal, career growth, salary hike, bad hr policy ( policy are made only for namesake in reality they don't follow policy when it comes to employees benifits or employees talk wrt policy then don't accept their own policy but when company want they can tell you as per the company policy. One of the worst mnc I have ever worked and still working, they will not give you release prom project after completing your tenure, they will not give u opportunities to grow, literally telling one of the worst mnc just waiting for a good opportunities once received will leave.

... of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased. They will showoff the favourism infront of everyone with being scared.

...e effort to the core project doesn't matter unlucky in my 3 years of experience I never see any hike in my salary so called MSI Before joining they promised us Bonus+yearly hike so we thought for long-term Wipro would be good for career but reality it's entirely opposite Bonus momey which we are receiving the same amount have to repayed if we relieving the company before 2 years on the date of bonus Basically a contract
