Good for freshers but worst for more than 2 yrs tenure resource,lowest salary payer,no skill development activities, promotion process also worst.You can work life balance without basic hike, promotion, facilities,skills etc.So you are best person to judge basis on my 11 yrs exp in Wipro.

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.
