Mainly they will focus on the outside employees and there is no encouragemebt for the person who started the journy in the same organization I hate you Wipro and I will not come again

As a fresher you will have to set your priorities, learning and development is most important in your initial days, this organisation will not disappoint you when it's come to your development. As a fresher start with Wipro is fare. The more you learn the more you grow within the organisation end number of opportunities available. Job security is there, always remember you are working in private sector, your deliverables will decide your journey.
