I can't say this is as a dislike, but in my personal opinion, i would say basic salary can be little more higher. And based on the performance, employee should receive the decent hike.

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.

Salary is very less even though u get any promotion. But you will get more knowledge if you are okay with less salary It will be best company to learn and gain knowledge
