Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

No pros in wipro. No Team culture. Manager and HRs are the worst .

Many cons 1. Salary of variable pay 2. No extra perks , even being top performer. 3. Worst HR policy, and HR structure. No help from them. 4. Delivery Manager is the super boss , they are more than CEO of the company. Only support native people

Poor leadership to help solve problems and getting 1 on 1 with employees 4. Sometimes working on weekend due to client's commitment what they have given to earn higher profits and not doing anything favorable for employees 5. Less onsite opportunities available and they dont initiate from themselves to help an employee to grow

...an learn and get into multiple roles and domains during his/her career at Wipro. Over and above a good place to work for only thing to be look out is the compensation which remains somewhat lower to the competitors.

Lesser work compensation and career path is linked to various points and not only the skills and the hard work carried out throughout the year.
