...mg team , manager no-one is able to find project. Hr forced to give resignation. They didn't even pay salary to employee in bench.. gratuity leave encashment medical claim which I yet to pay , not given to me.

Nothing I liked in wipro. That's why I didn't write anything good in above like section. So it's clear that what I should write in dislike section.

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Dislikes

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Likes

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

I don’t like wipro because of no promotion no hike no project, LOP (loss of pay), communication gap between employees and their upper band colleagues, hectic and pressure, no job security, very limited salary, No project, bench policy, there are more multiple problem, this is the reason i don’t like wipro. Hope will improve in future.
