Culture of Wipro is best than any other company...it gives you relaxation...U spend your time as you wish in a campus..no one going to disturb u.... And also there is no one force you to work more or more than shift timing...if you want thn you can otherwise no issue there... expect sometimes if there is any business requirements then everyone extends their shift.

I guess the main thing for which we all work is the Salary or hike... There is no way to grow here expect for some people..though you work hard.. No one ia there to teach you or told you what should we done for carrier growing etc etc.. Thery only say..."you guys are contact me when needed"" but never helps att all

Wipro is great company. Job security is top notch. Work culture is amazing. Only issue is salary is not upto the mark compared to competitors. But overall great experience.

...eat in this pandemic. Career growth depends on your hard work in any company. Salary and appraisal for my particular process is low as compared to the work we do. Work environment, innovation, and work life balance are very well maintained at Wipro.

Everything is perfect at Wipro as I already explained in above question, but expecting good salary and hike for some processes as per the work and efforts we put.

Wipro has a ocean of opportunities to grow, You can grab any position with your skill set and Job security is the best thing that I've ever seen in my career and the best thing is work environment, I really love that more than anything.

They kept me in freepool, without client billing..however made me work for internal project Byt wipro considered it as freepool , I waited for 3months and resigned After resigning they forcefully tagged me in a project without salary In Final settlement they asked to pay back 1lkh , and not paying me salary of 40 days work that I done If I reach HR and final settlement team, they are not ready to assist, they just say please refere the final settlement document They are not even ok to have a discussion
