Literally everything. They will deduct your salary in the name of cost cutting. Your managers will as you to work overtime without pay. You have to keep buttering your Leadership team for promotion. I've seen people working for 12 years without zero promotion and they were more than worthy of the promotion.

This company gives awesome experience to learn new things for fresher, behavior of senior are awesome.

The main problem is here job security, if you are joined as a pay roll employee then no issue, but if you are as a non pay roll then there is problem here.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Food,cab,given future opportunities and learning a lot how life will survive.

Only one negative thought is Salary is very very less if salary is high our company should be top of the entire world. Every one have this issue Only.This is the reason for Dislike people. And one more thing cab issue for me there is no home pickup and drop daily I am travelling 10km to noodle point actually transport limite is 40km but my home is More than 40km can you please provide home pickup nd drop.given less salary in that I m using bus charges daily 50rs.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
