Everyone is treated equally and respectfully which shows a great culture Job security is there as we have not seen anyone kicked out of company but the company might create circumstances where you leave on your own, by not promoting or not providing appraisal. Hybrid work culture is good anyone below manager level needs to come to office for 2 days in a week which really helps.

Dislikes

...t ileven if you are a top performer you would get nothing more than a 8 percent. Quarterly variable pay which is a component of your CTC is linked directly to company's performance if the company perform poorly in a quarter you will lose your variable pay Promotions are close to nil, i have seen associates working on same level for 3 years.

... south India offices. South Indian will always prefer south Indian team members. No promitions, if on bench for 45 days, u will loose u r pay and may be fired. Large bench available in wipro.

You will not get fired easily so job security is surely there. Obviously they are not paying you enough so the work load is not that much as well.

...t other teams but I experienced I had and my friends are having, it's not right. People are missing their pay and no one is taking accountability for that.

People here are good and can guide you well if you're fortunate enough to be in a good team.

The pay is very low compared to the work they expect from us. The growth opportunities are very less and alot of politics is involved. If you're fresher don't believe your offer letter until they onboard you because they did onboard us on half of the CTC they previously offered.

You get paid on time but at the same time QPLC is there to make sure you are not paid 100%. Brand is okay, most people will like you are there except you

Salary is never full, whole CTC package is not actual package, you get deductions in the form of variable pay as that's paid upto 70 or 80%. Chances of promotion are low, you will remain on same position for years. shift timings are whopping 9.5 hours+ 30 mins additional which it takes to connect to streaming service.
