I was on an offshore project and it seems like they don't even care about the employees' satisfaction at the client location. Found no opportunity for growth. Worst part begins on exiting the company. Never got the proper settlement from Wipro. Not able to withdraw my pf due to all the policies. All in all, not a really good experience.
