There is really nothing much to like about working with Wipro. 1. Salary gets credited on time. 2. Both side cab at Airoli West, Wipro.

Dislikes

1. The salary is too low. 2. The internal politics that happen with freshers in some teams is extreme, and I have been a victim of it. 3. The top-level management is the worst. My manager is such a perv, always biased towards female colleagues.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Some say that working at Wipro can be enjoyable and regarding,with opportunities for growth,learning and collaborating

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.

I want to thanks Wipro to select me as a fresher and to gave a chance to served their company almost 2 year. However personally my experience was not much good.

...n their working culture and environment needs to pure not cleverness in nature. Salary is not good enough in Wipro as per the market price. Atleast it should be based on market value.

... paid for that as well at the same time, job security Wipro is safest for women. Salary on time.

I don't like the customer service process, taking chats or calls, IEX timer specially it doesn't allows to go even if the person has emergency to fill the bottle to drink water or to go washroom. We get very less leave . Also night shif timings changes every month. And the transport services are so worst sometimes it take one hours to give a cab , we wait till one hour in the drop zone.
