Salary hikes are slow like snail. They provide trainings but I didn't find them effective in terms of time and schedule they provide. Mangement needs to be more effective about spreading knowledge.

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.
