...od for permanent employee & for contract employees they will continue work work work , their is no salary increment for contract employees , if u go higher position in Mysore Wipro u have to put full of bucket with managers for contract employees managers are treating like poor .

I worked for almost 6 years on same salary package, got 1 appraisal after 4 years, after contract completion and then again didn’t get any appraisal or salary hike for almost another 2 years, when i was serving notice period just to make me feel that they are doing efforts, they ask me to accept promotion without any salary hike. They are just giving me band progression. Those were my 5+ years wasted without any salary increment or knowledge gain. I cleared AZ-900 during that period but still i was getting hardware related tickets only so there was no opportunity for knowledge progress as well.

Dislikes

Pay scale is very less compared to the others in market, we wont get much of benefits, no one time msi, hike will varies between 3% - 7% on average
