I can assure you one thing, the people here are very generous and one can make many good friends. Irrespective of the project, one can learn any technology and up skill themselves based on their interests. There are plenty of resources to update your skills-set. Finally, as it is a mnc, they would bare you even if you are on the bench. Even during the COVID crisis, they haven't ignored any employee and provided full support.

Dislikes

There are quite a few demerits. The major setback is the salary, it is comparatively less than its peers. The salary in-hand is very less, one has to scrutinize the offer letter with a magnifying glass, there are too many cuttings. As it is a service based company, the career growth is very slow. I believe, there are very few who continue after 3- 4 years of working. Bottom line is that it is better place to work in but not the best where one can work throughout his career.
