Employee benefits but specific project management interfere ln it.

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

Job security is good. Campus culture is very good. Accommodations perfect.

Dislikes

Supportive system from above management is very poor. Increment hike is very low in percentage even salary not increamented in last 2 years. Sometimes it looks like management have knowledge issue.

Worst management ever. They don't care about employees. They just know their profits and cost cutting.Our Assistant management is biased one. There is a TL who doesn't have any knowledge regarding process. And allocate his work among the employees. Don't even know how to write a e-mail. Assistant manager play favourite game. I think wipro should hire more qualified people for managerial position.pl PLEASE HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO KNOWS THE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL LIFE AND HAVE SOME DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE AND TEAM HANDLING SKILLS. Toxic work place. Office politics etc. Unhealthy work environment.

The campus is average.

There are alot dislikes which this box cant caputure the letters. Salary is the main issue, no growth, hardly top performers get 5% growth annualy very rare. If you serious about your career, go for other companies unless you dont have any option. They cut your shift bonus, they change their policies any time and you will find yourself financially broken. Yes they give learning opportunities but will not give time to learn, will keep you busy in work only. The worst is they engage and play with people career with only and only company's personal profit. Inspite of all, join and 1.5 years doing for a start would be okay. Do not continue to ruin the career.
