Trust me it was an amazing journey!!! I joined wipro as fresher and attended wipro training in Pune Wipro Training is good in all aspects. Then I was assigned in a project which was at my preferred location and got one of the best teams to work with. Wipro has this 9.5 hours timing but currently work from home is on going so no time limit . But Never realized when this long hours passed day by day so easily. My Team mates were very friendly at Wipro. And now I am working as a team lead. Now coming to policies ,medical insurance policy is very good for employee;Other policies are also good. p.s. As it is my first company, It will always be special for me☺️

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .
