Good to work but only if you have good pay while joining. You can get chances to upgrade your skills but doesn't get many opportunities to work for the upgraded skill. Good job security, Micromanagement is there but OK for some extent.

Dislikes

Do not expect big Salary hike at all from the company, even if you work like a dog or donkey. All there negatives depends up on their projects.

Nothing. Right from day 1 I just saw attitude, politics and scrap.

Dislikes

1. Salary will be the worst. No hike even after getting good ratings and staying in the company for long. 2. No job security. Any day HR can force to self resign amf move out. Can not trust Wipro any time. 3. Full of office politics. Right from recruitment to giving career growth, hike nothing will happen correctly. Everything is a frauf here. 4. Please avoid this company which may make you go depressed in long time. Things need to change here. Azim, Rishad, Abid need to take care of all the wrong goings in Wipro or else a day could come when it will be thrown out or software market. Finally in one word I HATE WIPRO.

Work environment, work life balance, classroom trainings on new technologies and is also depends on project to project.

Dislikes

Very less salary package to freshers. Even lesser salary package to MCA guys. And got 3% average salary hike in 2017. Salary appraisal is horrible in Wipro.

They kept me in freepool, without client billing..however made me work for internal project Byt wipro considered it as freepool , I waited for 3months and resigned After resigning they forcefully tagged me in a project without salary In Final settlement they asked to pay back 1lkh , and not paying me salary of 40 days work that I done If I reach HR and final settlement team, they are not ready to assist, they just say please refere the final settlement document They are not even ok to have a discussion

Working at Wipro as an Associate feel really proud and I really glad to have a great opportunity to work in MNC like wipro and I hope that this experience will be helpful for my rewarding career.

Dislikes

The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.
