Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

Salary is less compared to other MNC appraisal is not up to the mark and it takes time to get appraised after approval as well

No. There is no dislike in working at Wipro. Salary benefits to be modified as per the Market price. During revision time, Wipro can provide the 20 to 30% hike to the tenure employee and retained them. This is also one of the motivate to the tenure employee.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fire chilling company policies are good. Good salari hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slowly there is a bond of year before

Everyone is treated equally and respectfully which shows a great culture Job security is there as we have not seen anyone kicked out of company but the company might create circumstances where you leave on your own, by not promoting or not providing appraisal. Hybrid work culture is good anyone below manager level needs to come to office for 2 days in a week which really helps.

...t ileven if you are a top performer you would get nothing more than a 8 percent. Quarterly variable pay which is a component of your CTC is linked directly to company's performance if the company perform poorly in a quarter you will lose your variable pay Promotions are close to nil, i have seen associates working on same level for 3 years.
