Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

... deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

So job security when your team lead will put in into bench we can't say . Saturday is extra day but if you're TL want you to reach the target of the week then you should work for free even after completing your shift you should complete your Target after reaching home. No proper salary hike. There is much politics in the office . Hr won't contact you until you put your papers or in the notice period.

Ther is a lot of politicsa and the manamegament does not address our issues, salary is a decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not regin. On the job traing is not given to new joiness
