The salary structure is the main disadvantage over here if you are a fresher but it's not a major impact it depends upon person to person on which field your going to work over all basic salary is satisfactory plus once you get settled in a field incentive and work bonuses are also a good advantage

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.

I want to thanks Wipro to select me as a fresher and to gave a chance to served their company almost 2 year. However personally my experience was not much good.

...n their working culture and environment needs to pure not cleverness in nature. Salary is not good enough in Wipro as per the market price. Atleast it should be based on market value.
