Wipro had good work policy all these time which changed recently. It gave me almost 3 years of work from home giving me flexibility and time to focus on myself as well.

Dislikes

Policy changed. Work life balance is growing to worst. They kept my salary on hold for multiple times without informing me multiple times. And hike system is beyond terrible now.

You will be enabled all the necessary tools to upskill, and express ourselves and get promoted easily if we show the skillset

Pay scale is very less compared to the others in market, we wont get much of benefits, no one time msi, hike will varies between 3% - 7% on average

Good for learning and development. Provides ample opportunity to freshers for completing certification and gaining knowledge.

Dislikes

...ll get assigned to opposite skill required projects and asked to gain knowledge. No Salary hikes. No appraisals. Total discrimination with nort and South guys. South Indian managers just favor their region employees and provide them all kind of opportunities even without any talent.

Giving this review after 1.3 years. Comparing to other company Wipro is good. Good life Balance. Good life balance.

Dislikes

Some times salary issue will be there, but they will not cheat on you at the same time salary will be credited deducted and they pay after a month. It will happens frequently. These only thing iam disappointed.

Good work life balance at Nike account. Nice office location.

Dislikes

CTC They will not pay the proper variable pay. Some people manager in my account was simply useless. He don't know how to handle the project, and he will not listen you,but he was very cool and won't torture you much.
