The work campus and offices are really good.

Dislikes

Wipro doesn't give a good hike to their employees. From 2 consecutive years, our hike has been in a single digit. Also they expect every employee to complete 150+ trendnxt points to be eligible for promotion that requires around 10-15 exams on multiple courses that too in our own time. Growth wise, life is really hard at Wipro.
