Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

It is a fantastic company to work at and provides an ample amount of scope to grow

Dislikes

First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.

They make fake promises about salary and increment. The salary u get will be much lower than you expect, even if you calculate it properly. Bonuses promised will never be delivered accurately, atleast 20k less than promised every quarter. Some of my colleagues have not got a hike even after 2.5 years. Their salary and pay structure is terrible to say the least. It is no wonder their attrition is 54% They also have longer working hours than most IT companies and you have to wait for atleast 45 mins after working longer hours to get cabs.

Salary is a perk if you are in right process.

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

Great learning opportunities (provided you get the right dept. ) . Growth is amazing. Your start njoy in the organisation once you move to Team manager role & above. Very strong on principles, job security is good.

Dislikes

Salary in pathetic nowhere near to market standards, Even at leadership levels. Office politics. Heavily loaded groupism which few fine too difficult to crack.
