I worked around 2.9 years at wipro as a Backup admin. It was good experience with wipro. My team is so supportive. Wipro always provide online trainings to update ourselves. I got good appraisal also.

There is no Job security now a days. Company policies are changed they pay only 45 days salary if you are on bench.

I feel terrible these days. I have given all my efforts but still nobody f+ing cares. It's the degree which you bring matters here rather than what outcome you've producing. Totally disappointed. I really wish that i didn't choose this company.

.... I am doing big task and talking with business directly and doing all the task. Still some freaking people from support getting 70+k salary for doing nothing but monitoring a robot (just because he has some experience) whereas i am building the thing and doing all the work. But i am bound to 14k salary because i don't have that btech degree or that experience level. So much unexpected unfairness.

The trainee program seems to be nice , and they have some nice projects

...a lot of politics. These are the companies who make people hate their work life. Nothing to grow , you are basically labourers working double time and getting half salary. Pathetic management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow
