Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).
Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.

- Good place to start your career in IT services - Salary is decent for those joining from business schools. - Great campus in Bengaluru with lots of greenery, food courts, etc.

- Work culture is heavily dependent on your team/manager. - A lot of old guard at leadership levels have a toxic way of working. But it looks like under the new CEO, many of them have left the company. Hopefully things have improved now.

Absolutely nothing. Its a pathetic company to work with. Growth is too slow, salary is too less. Information about salary is kept hidden from the employees at the beginning. If the company decides to cut costs, they become very rude and office politics changes to next level to make sure you can't survive in the company. In the name of change management, they will bring a new leader who will start firing people, in the name of change!
