Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro
