Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low for vendor employees. Growth is very slow. There is no job security. Food is paid and no discount for vendor employees or low wages workers.

Everyone is treated equally and respectfully which shows a great culture Job security is there as we have not seen anyone kicked out of company but the company might create circumstances where you leave on your own, by not promoting or not providing appraisal. Hybrid work culture is good anyone below manager level needs to come to office for 2 days in a week which really helps.

...t ileven if you are a top performer you would get nothing more than a 8 percent. Quarterly variable pay which is a component of your CTC is linked directly to company's performance if the company perform poorly in a quarter you will lose your variable pay Promotions are close to nil, i have seen associates working on same level for 3 years.

Salary and promotions are not up to the mark. the salary and promotions are depending on manager's decisions, so who has good Rapo with manager they get good hike other don't get, its open secret.

Everything from salary compensation to employees mental satisfaction, job satisfaction, apprisal, career growth, salary hike, bad hr policy ( policy are made only for namesake in reality they don't follow policy when it comes to employees benifits or employees talk wrt policy then don't accept their own policy but when company want they can tell you as per the company policy. One of the worst mnc I have ever worked and still working, they will not give you release prom project after completing your tenure, they will not give u opportunities to grow, literally telling one of the worst mnc just waiting for a good opportunities once received will leave.

I liked the salary structure which have clear picture, no hidden matter. Hibrid system give lot of flexibility, pick and drop fesilities is good here.

Dislikes

Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation. However it also stringent me eventually. These nagative things also helped me to discover new. So my gratitude for wipro will be always there. It helped me to take my career to next level.
