-I have been interviewed for Design Engineer position and appointment was in Detailing Department. Be aware with this !SCAM! - Detailing is creating drawings only. This is not what Engineers do! - Every Friday evening between 4-6 PM, your manager comes at you and forces you to come to work on Saturday irrespective of workplans. - Managers are dictators. Very toxic cultural. - No meetings, no exposure, no project involvements, just make drawings is your daily task. - Company uses dead softwares like Windows Live, OpenOffice, Solid Edge 2019. -No Work-life balance. -No Team building activities. -Canteen serves worst food quality which is limited and not free! - No cultural events, only HR department celebrate the festivals. - 1/2 cup of warm Tea served twice a day. No coffee machines and other choice. - You can't go outside the company for refreshment. (Same as like in Schools) - This is not MNC, please note!

Only name is big work culture is worst. Company not able pay for canteen for employees you have to buy yourself. Not sick leave in company. PL will add as per month days you're worked in month end. Onsite you have to work 6-7 days in week, you have 5 days working as per rule. And you have work more than company duty hours for that company not giving any extra benefits. If will You are traveling to company by own vehicle but company deduction for bus is same it doesn't matter you travel by bus or your own vehicle.
