Salary is low and the growth rate is also Slow.Although working hard, but not appreciated.A very low increment...which didn't justice my hard work

Others company increase their d.a but wccl cut down 40 % d.a,usr salary very low by &d.a is very nominal only 30/- per day which create trouble to taking work from them. Lots of communication gap.

Salary and appraisal are on time but not fair. Good learning if you are self learner.

Dislikes

Discrimination in terms of facilities in same grade. Promotions are not fair. No tranning. Transportation facility is not available for all. Poor office infrastructure. Lack of staff. 24x7 job. Call u from home any time. People in manager and above grade have no technical expertise.
