The work life balance is good. You will be easily handle the work and get time for other things as well. Managers are good and supportive but the HRs as usual the worst.

Dislikes

No promotions and salary hikes. After working hard for years you won't get a nice package.

I don’t like wipro because of no promotion no hike no project, LOP (loss of pay), communication gap between employees and their upper band colleagues, hectic and pressure, no job security, very limited salary, No project, bench policy, there are more multiple problem, this is the reason i don’t like wipro. Hope will improve in future.

Wipro is a such an excellent company to learn technologies and gain technical skills in all domains they are always supportive to employees for their career growth especially if you are fresher got an opportunity in Wipro then you are one of the luckiest person for that definitely your career growth will be higher for sure!!!!

Promotion cycle and salary hike will no longer satisfy for effortfull employees so better get the good package while onboarding itself otherwise you will not get expected hike and Promotion during appraisal/ Promotion cycle.

Worst Company No salary Hike No Promotion Seniors are Insulted to Junior Favouritism They didn't have Sufficient Projects still recruiting candidates and If an employee was on the bench for 45 days they kept us on LOP or Asked us Resign Managers are Not Supportive Worst Decision of My Life is I had joined Wipro If you have other option, please Do not join Wipro
