The work environment is good. Proper trainings were given related to the work.

...enced that, I have really worked hard. But I have received the default rating(i.e: 3), which has impacted my salary structure. I didn't liked this. My suggestion is please give the appropriate rating as per the candidates hardwork,otherwise they will feel low. This is the Only thing I just want to convey.

The work culture completely depends on the team. My first project team experience was very bad, but the second was really good, comparatively. The work life balance is good - There’s no truck load of work, at least for non managers. Learnings completely depends on you - Company provides platform to learn different topics.

The pay and hike isn’t satisfactory. Growth wrt pay, is very very low and slow.

Company policy is too good, job security. HR team so helpful except few HR's.

Management is too bad. They behave their employee as machine. You cannot expect a salary hike in 3 yrs also. And managers think like they are the god. Seriously worst experience with management.

Training environment is good. You can learn many technologies here and can increase your skill. Work environment, teammates all are good. Career growth is there. Overall I can say Wipro is a good company.

...ld say if you are experienced then at the time of sacking you can lose your job. Salary is average not so good for freshers.
