Salary is Low When I joined as Fresher I was in free pool after 1 month of training but I cleared one Java assessment So I got billable Project I saw There are so many freshers are on bench If you have good Tech skill and Good Coding knowledge better to go for good package while in college for on campus. If you have little knowledge then Join Wipro They will Teach you in your Assigned Tech from very begging

Dislikes

Salary not upto market standards. Poor pay. Too low increments and hike is quite less. Also they won't give work from home option with people with genuine issues or even help in transfer to preferred city. And deducting benefits including shift allowances.

I have LWD coming after 3 days but I have no offer so I asked hr to revoke my resignation.now he said me to withdraw from portal but I'm still giving some interviews and waiting for result so now how should I ask hr that till when is the deadline to accept the withdraw from portal ??
