Salary bands are lower Old school Ways of working Benefits are good but do not compare with other MNC IT services

Great company to work for. Lots of learning opportunity and training available on latest technology and soft skills. Work culture is really good. Career growth opportunity is decent but people may get good work satisfaction. Changing project or career path is also very easy.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are below market standard, specially if you want to spend long career in Wipro. Progression from B3 band and above is very challenging.

As like most of the service based companies, compensation revision is poor with Wipro as well.

Wipro gives you tremendous opportunity for Career growth. Every assignment would throw enough challenges to keep yourself engaged and succeed in its own way.I still remember the words of my first manager where if i can add one line on any given day what i did then it is a very successful day. Wipro gave me multiple opportunities to add those lines in my career.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but very low salary increase. The lateral hires normally get more package then the existing resources, but there is no normalization or salary correction within the organization.
