If you see overall benefits, the salary is good. It's a dynamic company and expects you to perform. But at the same time seniors here don't shy from guiding an employee in right direction. Apart from that company expects one to work ethically and with integrity.

Dislikes

Since they focus on sustainability and steady growth, it doesn't matter so much if you finish your task early. They would want you to be always on toes irrespective of whether you have done the work or not. It's a sad part that it's intrinsic in them that an employee should be busy with something always and never relaxed. But yes they give full freedom to have work life balance and it's respected here.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.

1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

...smatch also.. they will bound you to work according to the project requirements. 2) If we Compare to other IT companies Wipro pays less salary to employees and forced them to work from office. 3) There is no work life balance in Wipro because many times they will force you to work on weekends and on holidays as well.

Im really glad to working in Wipro, as im learning new,things by working in Wipro but as per salary is not satisfied with salary remaining everything is good,as per work and others learning everything is good
