WIPRO DON'T THINK ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES. WIPRO DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES. SALARY IS SOO LOW THAT NO ONE CAN SURVIVE. WORK PRESSURE IS HUGE.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.
