Work life balance is achievable here. If you want a stable job then this is the place.

Growth potential is really low. Even after promotion the salary is low. Not super focused on skill learning, just a stable job.

Work culture, didn’t like anything much but it is just a brand but the non technical side is so worse for experienced people because there is hardly any growth or benefits or increase in your pay check. Only good for freshers. Only one benefit is that you have a health insurance of 1 lakh that’s about it.

... bad work culture, team leads can sue your growth if you don’t listen to them. Out of all these very bad pay scale for a person who works in non technical background. There is only one way cab. No benefits, no bonuses, no hike, I mean there is hike like a tortoise for example 500/per year, and no I am not joking.

Wipro really makes sure Job security and payment of salary on time. The company will always make sure that the promised salary is always met.

Work culture, not much growth, company policies, management is also terrible.
