After 45 days on bench you won't get any salary. Any account can tag you if you are on bench for indefinite period, without taking interview or without declaring result or with provide you billing , even if it cost you , your salary or the variable pay. Notice period is 3 months but they will release you in 3 days if you are on bench or 45 days if you are on project , but this cost to hard to switch.. Never received the 100% variable pay. No clear rules on promotion and and hike . Received 1 hike in 4 years.

The only positive thing is payout of variable at quarterly .But that is also reduce now.

The bench policy. They don't have project and they dont have money to pay to employee who is more than 45 days bench .

...itting and holding company ransom as the only way to get even semi-decent hikes. Perfect place if you are someone on an already huge package. They dont care about having parity when it comes to compensation. And if you are a fresher being inducted to WASE or already in WASE.... take my advice and run even if you are in your 3rd year of the program.

1. Less salary (for fresher it’s 1.7LPA - monthly 13k - associate - content moderation) 2. Less hike 3. If you complete one year with hike your salary is 2LPA 4. Main thing there is no national holidays or no festival holidays. Forget totally about holidays I will suggest you to do not work here until you are in bad situation or you want experience. Even outside our office chai wala earning more money than me and without any degree
