Since company origin is USA, India higher level management is working as per USA team decision only hence job security is less

The FAST Accounting team managers and directors are not so good, there is no freedom for our ideas. Decision making is monopoly we are not involved anywhere. They listen to your ideas/question/demands but they will do what they want only.
