Good company policy and job timings, also on time salary.

As a start up, there is no stability. I am about the complete one year this January, but without giving any prior notice, they suddenly sack me in a single day. For that till now I am unemployed and unable to get a job because I got 11 months of experience in customer support on paper (Where most of the places need 1 year of experience to get into).

...very department is lazy and the founders only ask sales to work even on Sundays. The salary is not credited on time. And they don't have any data or anything so they want you to go to doorstep and sell their products. During my own span of work I saw them just firing people and hiring new ones at such a low salary. The people who were their listening to their managers and working till 10 even though they don't have any sales are still working with the firm but those who are capable aren't being respected. Don't join this firm until and unless you want to torture yourself and get strung to them in between.

No response from higher management, didn't stick to their promises and no growth at all.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company where CEO, and other 2 members are behaving very bad. We are nothing , if you wants to sell yourself , go to this fake firm as statups.

A bad place to work , where you have to work 80 hrs per week. The startup with 0 value, 0 respect, 0 salary increment, 0 job security. Please dont go here girls are even not safe. Fearful place

Just the employees were good, some activities used to happen every end of the month... that was the only fun part.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, seniors blaming juniors for their own work so that they can save their own job... No growth opportunities.
