While joining,First month accommodation will be provided, job related transportation will be provided

Dislikes

1) while hiring they will inform you that you need to join immediately, when you reach UAE they will keep you idle, they will not process your visa for long time and they will not give any salary during this time 2) Joining flight tickets will not provided , you need to pay 3)company will not provide any visa medical charges , you need to pay 4) company will not provide any UAE embassy visa processing charges you need to pay form your pocket 5 ) Emirates ID charges will be deducted from your salary 6) Site staff accommodation is horrible nobody can stay there. 7) salary is very low and they won't give you food and accommodation. Humans are treated like animals , if you have any other job opportunity please ignore this company winstar group UAE

Worst company the company Hr is very bad and company culture is very bad they force experienced engineers work for pennies, electrical technisian salary is 1200 dirham with in that money you have to pay yure job insurance also some companies provide food for small salaried employees also they never ready to pay yure salary on time all described above is nothing but tip of the iceberg.
