It's Lala company, they follow there own rules, 1. 3 months notice period, in that you will get only half salary for 3 months and this final payment you will get after 45 days (fnf) once you left the company. In 45 days they will check if you join client or competitive company if so then forget the fnf. You can't take a leave in notice period if so then leave mark as a LOP and your last working day will extend 🤐 2. Company filed appraisal form from employees on June month and now it's running October month still employees not received their appraisal news😧 3. They treat employee as labourers...🥹

there is nothing to like about winsoft technologies limited which is situated in old building in Mulund - mumbai - india. ELT (executive leader ship team) consist of founder/director having not single characteristics of leaders and they are spoliers .... if they remain in firm for next 2 years the company will sink for sure.

Dislikes

ELT's decision making is slower than snail's pace and is only towards money no focus on improvising product, being a 30+ year old firm now they should focus on innovation and upgradation on their cost but very reluctant to adapt the changing tech world and purely dependent on client orders. tell me in today's world which client will fund them product upgadation which add recuring AMC cost for Client. Client's not dump right? Exit process - the day you put down paper they will communicate your LWD on last day itself that makes your commitment to new firm difficult, i think they use this tactics so that you miss opportunity and remain unemployed. Infrastructure - they are not ready to invest on infrastructure to make working easy. Also basic sanitation facility is not adequately available.
