There's nothing to like about but it I've to list out some points than I'll be work culture, politics, partiality, no IT work flow, HR policies, HR department etc.

Specially HR manager they support and understand needs of candidates.

Dislikes

Job is good but management is very poor. If you follow as per their order they will like you and they'll not understand your personal issues and you can get your resignation letter anytime. Don't ask for overtime, leaves not approved easily, don't speak what's wrong. Toxic environment.

Winny's culture, work & salary is very good not only for the experienced ones but for the fresher's too.

Our own leaves are pending but we are not free or allowed to take it if sometimes we used to took any one leave so we have to gave many reasons to convince & if it is related with Medical issues only then you were permitted to take leave otherwise you are not allowed also their is no motivation to other departments along with this they mostly believe in their's double faced clients instead of their employees...Along with these things the female manager is also not good everyday she used to scold me just becoz one of the sales department woman & the manager distribute or forward all of her work load on her team the only thing she used to do is calling & recruiting employees becoz no one has come to stay for a long time..many times we are invited on Sundays too for work & complete the monthly targets of her.

Seniors are very supportive here and managers are also very friendly. Training given to the new employers is also very satisfactory.

Dislikes

We sometimes work even on sundays and don't get leave approvals easily.

Almost Nothing. They Fool customers and tell us that that's the only way we can run the business.

Dislikes

There's One Individual There Swetha Alva who's Literally Pathetic in nature and each and every executive, IT manager and the operation manager dislikes her due to her bad behaviour towards Employees. No professionalism which she has no etiquettes, And highly demotivates all employees.
