As a result, this isn't a "Water Cooler" culture where people sit around and chitchat about their weekends. You come in Monday, have a team Zoom and then go heads-down to execute on your goals, so that's not for everyone. If you need a "work family," then Winmore probably isn't the place for you, to be perfectly honest.
