Nothing. These are narrow minded people. Even the HR Head had resigned with 3 months of joining. So you can imagine how terrible to work with. People who had worked in metropolitan cities like Mumbai Pune Bangalore cannot adjust because of third class mindset of the owners and senior management.

From work location to salary nothing is appreciable.

Company is good for everyone, No politics if you are good everyone is good, conducts lot of cultural activity to engage 1000 employees, never felt we are here only for work but also we have extra activities a lot, team outings if u r in right team

Dislikes

Work from home is what you may strive sometime, You have to ask and remind your manager a lot, even if u have taken permission of wfh, they do not know about no question asked wfh.

No work life balance Forcing to come to office Rules are to next level Punch in punch out are headache Fake commitment to employees People or BU heads from any BU interfere in any BU. Old employees of the organisation thinking like that they are the owners. If your project is completed and you didn't get a project in 15 -30 days you will be fired. BU heads hiring from outside but not taking the people from bench on project even the bench employees skills are matching. Many bad things can be said but limiting my words.

Worst company.. the culture is very bad especially in RIB unit. So called managers dont know ethics and how to treat the team mates. Managers sit near the office entrance to see when the team mates are coming to the office when they are going back home. Manager are so incompetent that they dont even know basic things in IT. Some of the managers use abusive language in the team to get the work done. Honest opinion - dont even join this company on gum point.. you will regret if you join.

Depends on your manager they usually approves the leaves without any hesitation. Thats it. No more to like. Never join this company. You will regret joining it.

There is no skill development in this organisation, they don't give opportunity to the employees to excel their caliber. They dont care about your time and work-life balance. The management gives unachievable project estimations, ETAs and dealines which can never be met. That's why the person has to work under pressure everyday. No proper use of tools. There are many more things I cannot describe here. But do not join this organization.
