...g wrong place. 2.And There's no opportunity to experience employee (skilled). 3. Daily Every employees, operators working 12hours but management doesn't give correct salary even for OT amount.

Wingtech is a good company for the beginners who are willing to learn.

Dislikes

Working environment is not good. Scope of much Work politics. Your close colleagues and managers will do politics behind you. Especially inter department politics much more in wingtech. You won't get paid even you work according to tgr requirements of organization. Managers will not support you for getting your hard penny back.

Firstly team cordination and targete base achivements, pepole who do this kind of works happily, ovarall i like the culture of company and like manegers behaving and workers also

Payscale issues very poor so and then food maintainance not good

Work at Wingtech mobile communications pvtltd is good and we can develop our skills there. Job is secured when we got permanent. Management is good at working, and for employers safety in this pendamic.
