I don't like to work in wings biotech and i suggest that please don't work at wing's biotech specially under rk arora (md).

Late sitting without any reason. Partiality in salary realising. Unnecessary working load and it isnot related to your jd.

No increment, delay in salary. No office timing. Everything thing depends on employer mood. No Job profile. Always work on pressure. No HR policy. HR only work is to irritate and demorolized. Nothing is good. Working culture is just like "Lala Shop". Never feel like Company.

Wings Biotech LLP Work environment is good. New learning programmes. Salary on time. Very supportive Compression section Operator and Helper very good managment. Company policies are really Good and patient safety is the most priority of companies. HR Mam/sir is very much supports in all aspect of growth.

Mere section incharge ka bolne ka language or Work Designation Me Chemist ke badle Production officer Hota to aacha tha

...ng time to time training for smooth working.company policies are very good also.pf,bonus, ex-gratia,esi and providing other benefits as per hr policies.

Salary is always on time and you can take good leaves also. Huge opportunity in Supply chain department because there is no system and you can play with the new ideas and your own systems.

Dislikes

The leadership team is pathetic. It is run by family members and they have no manners on how to manage and talk to employees. Very incompetent senior management. They only do what they like and can fire anybody they want to for without any reason. If the leadership team is removed then it will become a great company because the leadership team is also not interested in increasing their business. They are just satisfied with the current business scenario.
