Work life balane is very good, medium work load and intraction with seniors is transparent. No politics no negative team building.

Dislikes

Salary hike is much slower...people working from 10-12 years also working at lower salary.

The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology in Inj.moulding machinery i.e. plastic processing. I loved the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues from various cultural backgrounds. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Also happy for friendly relation with each other.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high in some department.Sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours in a day as i have attend government officer for export formalities in the evening, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Also,there is no on-job training for which we have worked.

Appraisal is not done upto 2 3 year. If you have good opportunity and want to relieve company not relive easily and start politics to ruin your career. Now in month 4 5 people resign regularly

As a service engineer I have been asked to use local transport,then our HR said use ola n Uber as they are not able to check our starting and ending point.after that now a days I hv been asked to use bike as a mode of communication .the work is hectic almost 20+ call in a month where I hv to travel from morning 8.00 AM to night 10.00PM .No one is responsible for ur safety in this crowded city if something happens to us will the 2lakh insurance will be enough for our medical expenses. Now next week we will be asked to commute on our own money.HR changes policy as they wish no such fixed rule.company looks like running out of money so they are bringing policy for those who r working on field.mentally you will be drained and feel disappointed after long work and spending ur own money on expenses you have to beg to HR to give it back to you.pathetic experience.

Everything..no work clarity, no growth of company, company has no future, HR will say all good things just to hire, variable payout is worst, company will pay 10% increment & will deduct 40% of variable pay.. left within 3 months..
